Odyssey creates a £100k diamond-encrusted putter

Odyssey Golf has recently taken the wraps off a one-of-a-kind 2-Ball putter covered with rubies and diamonds that’s going to be sold in the renowned store from London: Harrods. The diamond-encrusted putter features an 18 carat white gold head, 240 rubies and 378 diamonds which make it value 100,000 GBP or around $160,000!

The idea to create this precious putter was initially conceived following a social game of golf involving the renowned jeweller Theo Fennell and Odyssey & Callaway’s EMEA marketing director, NickMcNally. They wanted to create one of the most striking golf clubs ever but still a putter that they hope the eventual owner will use for golf.

The first 2-Ball putter was introduced on Tour back in 2001 and it took the professional and amateur games by storm. Now, 10 years later, this one-off diamond-encrusted putter is probably the best way to celebrate the 2-Ball putter. During the last 10 years more than 4 million 2 ball putters have been sold but this particular version will remain truly unique.
