111 Murray Street Condo Tower

Kohn Pederson Fox is a well-known name among architects and those passionate about beautiful and impressive designs. The renowned architecture firm has recently released images of a new condo complex in New York, currently under construction in the fancy Tribeca neighborhood.

Called 111 Murray Street, this beautiful construction will be 58-storey tall, surpassing the yet uncompleted tower by Herzog & de Meuron. Offering luxurious units, with pricing between $1.5 million and $18.5 million, the building is already an exclusive place of gathering for those with some mighty deep pockets.

Future owners of residences in this incredible complex will probably appreciate the numerous communal spaces and interesting amenities, such as a patisserie and a grand dining room.

The condo tower was designed to show off a charming stone and steel fireplace in its lobby, complemented by a waterfall and a reflecting pool. And from the outside, the designers of 111 Murray Street made sure the building’s exteriors would look both luxurious and inviting.

With a unique shape, this thing will definitely have an impact on New York City’s skyline. The crystalline facade is beautiful, to say the least, and the future residents here and their guests will be surely impressed by the unique views of the city and its surrounding rivers.
