Fit for Royalty – Chopard’s Imperiale Jewelry

We’ve showcased a couple of Chopard’s amazing watches in the past, but the Swiss luxury brand is just as capable of designing beautiful jewelry – as we can see with the release of its Imperiale collection.

The newest pieces added to the collection are a series of rings and earrings, set with amethyst and featuring delicate arabesque motifs. The precious stones at the heart of these exquisite pieces were chosen for their color, as purple has been associated with the most highborn aristocrats and even emperors since the time of the Romans.

The new “cocktail” ring features partially diamond-set 18K rose gold arabesques encircling an amethyst, while another item in the collection boasts no fewer than four precious stones decorating the Imperial insignia, woven like rose gold lace on a ring. This piece goes well with a pendant and hoop earrings, all of which are partially set with diamonds. All in all, it’s an outstanding collection, worthy of the famous Swiss brand whose name it bears.
