Thanks to its great location, perfect climate and beautiful natural surroundings, the Bahamas is a destination that has always been held in very high regard by both travelers, only there to enjoy the place for a few days, as well as the super-rich, who can also afford to buy bits of it. One of these places is Innocence, a private island in the Exuma district, which is currently on the market.

The island has everything you would expect from a corner of tropical paradise: pristine beaches, soft terraced hills, hundreds of acres of indigenous fruit trees, as well as tropical foliage. The new owners will stay in the 3,000-square-foot main house, which has six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms and sits atop of one of the island’s highest points, providing residents with breathtaking ocean views. There’s even a nearby bungalow with gym and meditation deck overlooking the bay, a perfect place to just enjoy the peace and quiet this private island has to offer.

Also worth noting is the fact that Innocence has a private runway, one of the few in the Bahamas that even has its own pilot code (MYEY) – perfect for those who like to travel by private jet. Chances are the island’s new owner will be the kind of person who also owns a private aircraft, since the price it is expected to be sold for is a staggering $55 million.
