A brand that celebrates its centenary is a brand you should definitely consider. Always! And here’s Aston Martin with the Centenary Edition Vanquish, celebrating the full 100 years since Robert Bamford and Lionel Martin have formed the formerly known Bamford & Martin. That name was kept for just one year, the brand having been immediately renamed Aston Martin.

The brand has already announced that each and every one of the AM models will be given a centenary edition, each of them reportedly being limited to just 100 production units. The one we’ve featured here is a superb Vanquish fitted with unique graduated paint finish, with solid sterling silver Aston Martin wing badges and “trans flux” enamel inlay. Just the painting process requires 68 hours of manly work, according to Aston Martin, 18 more than the work on any of the brand’s regular models.

The cabin of the Aston Martin Centenary Edition Vanquish boasts with Deep Soft black leather upholstery, a feature that was only available in the One-77. This includes special silver thread embroidery of the brand’s signature wings in the head restraints, alongside contrasting stitching and individually numbered solid sterling silver sill plaques.
