BMW Motorrad Japan unveils two stunning custom bikes

Based on the ravishing BMW K 1600 GTL, BMW Motorrad from Japan has unveiled two jaw dropping custom bikes, as part of the special Ignite Straight Six project. Kenji Nagai from Ken’s factory and Kenji Kawakita from Hot Dock Custom Cycles have built these amazing bikes, as a tribute to BMW Motorrad’s powerful 1649 cc six cylinder engine.

These custom bikes only use the frame and the engine, with an exterior design that looks like it’s straight out from Mad Max. Kawakita’s bike has been named the “Juggernaut” and it looks like it came out straight from a dystopian future, with a an aggressive, military body and a striking dark grey paint job.

Kenji Nagai’s bike is extremely futuristic as well, but it has a more elegant, minimalist design, with a lot of eye catching aluminum parts. The bike has been dubbed “Ken’s Factory Special” and comes with a massive set of one-of-a-kind wheels, measuring 23 inches up front and 20 inches at the rear.

These bikes are not exactly for sale, but I’d love to see bikes like these coming from BMW Motorrad in the future.
