Versace Eros

Fashion is a field that should have no limits, that should never know boundaries and will always be far away from the conventional. Or at least this is how I see it. Fragrances make up a very important division of fashion, themselves bringing new ideas into the picture. Following some key concepts that should define a men’s fragrance, Versace has put together Love, Beauty, Passion and Desire into the Versace Eros, the brand’s newest fragrance for men.

The perfume shares top notes of Italian lemon zest, green apple and mint oil. The middle range of notes comprises Ambroxan, Geranium flower, vanilla and Tonka beans. The base notes comprise scents of vetiver, oak moss and cedar wood from Virginia and Atlas. For the advertisement side of the launch of the Eros, Versace has chosen to showcase some bold images featuring a perfume bottle alongside a men model, in all sorts of depictions.

Officials of Versace describe: “The perfection of the male body is fused with the allusion to Greek mythology and classic sculpture that has categorized the Versace world since the beginning: Eros, god of love, able to make people fall in love with his bow and arrow. Versace Eros is a fragrance for a strong man, passionate and a master of himself.” Now that’s what I call “Well said!”.
