Acclaimed Hollywood movie star Tom Cruise has put his expansive Telluride, Colorado estate on the market.
The property sits just outside the popular ski resort and stretches across no fewer than 298 acres (threaded by a trail system) and includes a private gate into the Uncompahgre National Forest. The main house was completed in 1994 and is designed like an authentic wooden lodge, made using stone and cedar, but also comes with modern features like a gym, recreation room, and library. The 10,000 square-foot home comprises four bedrooms and six bathrooms, while a 1,600 square-foot guest house offers and additional three bedrooms and six baths.
According to some reports, the actor has decided sell this fantastic estate due to the fact that he hasn’t used it too much in the past few years. The asking price set for the property is a hefty $59 million.
