After handling some of New York’s most exclusive residences, Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen designed this mesmerizing residential tower on the Upper West Side, located right between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. The new apartment building will feature only 25 luxurious units, each of them offering the best in class for living.

Customers could either get a stunning half-floor three bedroom apartment or a massive 4,919 square foot “townhouse” duplex with an incredible terrace of over 1,200 square feet. This glamorous townhouse will spread over two floors and will feature five bedrooms, with rooms the size of the ones you’d find in a big house in the suburbs.

That’s why the apartments from this 25-unit residential tower are going to be some of the priciest apartments from New York City. But future residents of this very, very exclusive building will also get to feel the ultimate in luxe-living, because this tower will come with its own spa with sauna and steam rooms, a modern gym, a 24 hour doorman and a cozy roof deck with an outdoor fireplace.

The building itself is also a true work of art, with gray bricks brilliantly mixed with mahogany window frames, cast-iron Juliet balconies and bronze spandrels. It has an elegant look that a lot of people will love, but only a few could afford to live here.

The prices for an apartment at this Thomas Juul-Hansen-designed tower are going to start from $4,575,000 for a three bedroom unit and could go up to $12 million for the 5 bedroom duplex townhouse, according to CityRealty.
