There’s also the Palms restaurant, a tranquil and intimate place, boasting with refinement and introducing a new 5-course lobster taster menu carefully prepared by Chef Orlando. This menu includes gastronomic pleasures like cinnamon smoked lobster kebab with Piton beer barbeque sauce, each of the courses being paired with the finest of wines from La Cantina.
