We’ve got interesting news from Nike, as we are getting closer and closer to the start of the Chinese Year of the Snake, on the 10th of February. Nike has recently announced the Air Force 1 “Year of the Snake” pack.
They are drastically different from the previous edition of Air Force 1 footwear, tied to the Chinese Zodiac. These ones are reportedly available in Low and High forms. The low-cut model boasts with glamorous applications of red leather interconnected with red panels resembling snake skin.
A stunning contrast is brought forth by the black leather Swoosh as the wrap-around sidewall, also a reminder of snake skin, highlights the shoes’ concept. The design is completed by purple inner lining and stunning black / purple outsole.
The high-cuff version is framed by smoothly designed black leather, with different snake skin patterns on each of the panels. The same design is carried on onto the eyelets, the ankle cuff and the signature Nike Swoosh. This models too comes with exquisite details and subtle finish, enhancing the snake-theme.
