Leica is celebrating 111 years of creating incredible sports optics, and such an impressive anniversary deserves a sort of celebration, right? The renowned German company has teamed up with the French luxury brand Hermès to create a lovely limited edition pair of binoculars, called Leica Ultravid.

As expected, only 111 pairs of the Leica Ultravid binoculars will be up for grabs and the good news is that there will be two versions to choose from. Each set of binoculars will benefit from its own unique serial number, not to mention a series of consecutive limited-edition numbers. All you need now is something to peek at and here they are.

Precision, craftsmanship and tradition are the core values driving both these famous companies, which becomes obvious once you get a glimpse of the The Leica Ultravid 8×32 HD Plus “Edition Hermès” and the Leica Ultravid 10×32 HD Plus “Edition Hermès”.

These bespoke binoculars mix vintage style eyecups with cutting edge technology, with the black anodized version featuring calfskin leather casing in Rouge H, while the other version comes packed in a canvas and leather Hermès case.

About Victor Baker

Victor has always been a big fan of cars, which is why he’s so proud to call himself a genuine petrolhead these days. His love actually stemmed from his father, who was an automotive engineer. Today, he loves to write down everything that comes to mind, car-related or not, and when he really gets down to it, he pretty much becomes one with his laptop.
