Motorola’s New Moto G Ferrari Edition

The Moto G smartphone by Motorola isn’t exactly a high-end device, however its great popularity has earned it something of a facelift and the addition of a very prestigious name next to it – all of this with the release of the new Ferrari Edition.

The new Moto G may look much better, but unfortunately it’s not as impressive under the hood as something on four wheels sporting the Ferrari logo. It’s still a 4.5-inch 720p display device, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 16 GB of storage (which can be increased with microSD cards), and LTE connectivity.

Besides the black and red exterior theme, the device also offers some Ferrari-themed content (things like wallpapers and ringtones), in addition to a special line of Ferrari-branded accessories.

Motorola’s new Moto G Ferrari Edition will initially be released in Mexico during June 2014, where it is set to cost 4,999 pesos (about $387).
