The Liongate Estate, located in the exclusive Prime Lower Bel-Air neighborhood, is a veritable palace fit for a king. Part of a 2-acre property, this 24,000-square-foot mansion was originally designed by architect Paul Williams and subsequently remodeled and expanded by Dean Larkin, with no expenses spared in the endeavor.

The opulent estate has every high-end amenity you can imagine: a spacious, a huge outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi and even its very own tennis court, to name just a few of the things you’ll notice at first glance, upon passing through the private gated driveway. The house itself boasts 11 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, all luxuriously finished and fitted in order to make owners feel like true royalty.

It would be hard to imagine anyone not being impressed by this stunning estate. Almost as hard as finding someone who could actually afford to buy it, as the Liongate Estate comes with the humongous price tag of $65,000,000.
