This ultra contemporary home from the Austrian city Linz simply called “Villa A” was designed by the architects from Najjar & Najjar from Vienna. The home overlooks the city and, apart from its breathtaking views, it also provides intimacy through natural stonework that has been used to create a series of modern fence-like structures.
The house is partly carved into the hill and it features a design with clean lines that make it look really stylish. The villa opens from a hall into the kitchen and dining area and to a great living room with floor to ceiling glass walls that offers an amazing view of Linz from a chaise lounge overlooking the pool.
The interior also features a modern design with light colours that tend to open the space even more and gives a feeling of luxury and freedom. The house’s roof is extended on both sides of the building for an extra sun protection during the summer months and energy efficient equipment collects the solar power and uses green energy to support the home’s needs.
