The latest piece of engineering perfection from Apple is the iPad Mini, which provides the good looks, utility and stunning performance of the regular iPad at half the size. With pre-orders having started on the 26th of October, the entire lot of iPad Mini-s was sold online immediately after introduction, for $329 per unit.

The Natural Sapphire Company has now presented a stunning way to bling up your gadget – a majestic iPad Case embellished with glimmering diamonds and sapphires.

The New York-based brand describes it as the bigger and improved version of the iPhone 5 case. The iPad Mini case sports the Apple logo with 50 round brilliant diamonds totaling 5 carats and an 18 carat polished white gold body with no less than 3,328 encrusted natural Ceylon blue sapphires weighing 599 carats.

The price, though, is pretty much as staggering as the looks of this shiny piece – a mind-boggling $700,000. It is available in 3 easy installments, each one priced at $233,333.
