In case you’ve ever wanted to add a chic splash of color to your home, the joyful Missoni Home ‘Anemones’ Collection is the right answer for you.
The high-end Italian fabric-maker presented its newest creation at the Paris Déco Off, a design and decoration showcase, where it managed to charm everyone in just a matter of seconds. Rosita Missoni, the brilliant mind behind Missoni Home, has imagined an astonishing mix of vibrant colors and exquisite new fabrics.
One of the six new fabrics presented, Oriental Garden, is based on a lovely pattern from a silk cape, known as Saturno. Designed by Missoni back in 1971, the pattern was recalled for the 2016 textile collection, and features bold flowering branches blooming in different designs.
Two sets of shades are available, with turquoise, amethyst, slate and onyx on a sandy colored background, while the other one features coral, rosewood and shades of amethyst and sage on a turquoise background.
Another interesting fabric is Anemone, inspired by the flower of the same name, boasting large and small flowers in shades of blue and green against black and white blooms. Next, black and white dominates the Anemones Dream fabric, alongside touches of pink, yellow and purple.
Fireworks uses a rainbow design, with bright colors set against a black and white background, while the Tropical Fish fabric puts colorful fish in a lively print that will surely grab everyone’s attention. Last, but not least, the Floral Galaxy pattern captures a flower-filled English garden and brings it right in the middle of your home.
