Unveiled at the 2015 Dubai International Auto Show, the BRABUS Rocket 900 “Desert Gold” Edition is a stunning example of ultimate luxury. Not surprisingly, this one-off car immediately got everyone’s attention with its very special “DESERT GOLD” paintwork; but there’s a lot more to it than that.

BRABUS added its carbon aerodynamic-enhancement components to the project, as well as a set of black BRABUS Monoblock F “Platinum Edition” 21-inch alloys, with a nice gold pin striping that goes extremely well with the car’s exterior.

The bonnet hides the 900PS 6.3 V12 twin-turbo engine, which enables the luxury sedan to do 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds, 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in just 9.1 seconds and reach a top speed of over 350 km/h (217 mph).

The custom “Desert Gold” paint job is truly special because it was specifically created for this high-performance project. BRABUS made sure everything on this custom Mercedes stands out and even the chrome parts on the vehicle were painted black.

And obviously, inside the cabin, the BRABUS Rocket 900 “Desert Gold” is equally stunning. Soft black and gold Mastik leather embrace the driver and passengers, while the embroidered “900” logo on the head restraints is reminiscent of the beast powering up the customized sedan.

The headliner of the sedan is made from deep black Alcantara, but I’m sure that nothing can compare with driving this extreme car around town.
