Luxury real estate developer DAMAC Properties has just revealed the world’s first Bugatti-styled homes, planned to be built close to the Trump World Golf Club in Dubai, at the AKOYA Oxygen master developed. Dubbed as the ETTORE 971 Bugatti Villas, these extraordinary homes were inspired by the curvy design of the glorious Veyron, looking so incredible that it’s extremely hard for us to find the right words to describe them.
Each of these gorgeous Bugatti Villas will have seven bedrooms, featuring floor to ceiling windows throughout the home, with custom designed furniture that will obviously reflect the lines of the supercar. The ETTORE 971 villas will also come with an indoor vehicle display, in case you want to have your precious four wheel masterpiece on display right inside your home.
A new definition of ultimate luxury, the ETTORE 971 villas were named after Ettore Bugatti, with “971” standing for the international code for the United Arab Emirates. The sumptuous villas will cost AED 36 million ($9.8 million), trying to achieve the same level of perfection as the Veyron, even though it’s in a different field.
The place where these superb villas will be built, AKOYA Oxygen, has quickly earned a reputation as one of the most desirable communities in Dubai. Currently under development, this extraordinary residential development will feature a championship-standard golf course designed by Tiger Woods himself, a luxury retail & entertainment strip, Vista Lux and the region’s first Rainforest. That’s right!
