The 427 Cobra, by Shelby American, is celebrating its 50th birthday in 2015 – so to mark the occasion, the automaker has revealed a very special limited edition model.
The vehicle will be available in a couple of different variants. Firstly, there’s the fiberglass version, which is set to feature a Guardsman Blue exterior with Wimbledon White stripes. Secondly, there’s the model with the aluminum body, which comes with a very sleek, polished aluminum exterior. Both cars will have the gold 50th anniversary badging, racing brakes, and custom gauges. In addition to all of this, several other remarkable elements are included, such as vinyl seats, 15-inch wheels, and a 50th anniversary car cover.
Shelby will release the 50th Anniversary 427 Cobra as a 50-unit limited edition. Orders will be accepted starting January 13th, with pricing for the car starting at $119,995 (excluding an engine and transmission).
