This 5-story SoHo townhouse features its own indoor pool, and can be rented for the “small” price of $100,000 per month, $50,000 per week or calculated on a daily basis. The owners of this estate wanted to be left anonymous, even though stars like John Mayer and Beyonce filmed music videos in this residence.

Furthermore, parts from “Damages” have been filmed here, while the “Esquire” magazine shot photos in 2009 of the “Sexiest Woman Alive Kate Beckinsale”. Further search through the place’s documents reveals that it used to be the home of Marcus Nispel, director of the remake of “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” and “Conan the Barbarian”. It was also used as factory or gallery.

The address of the place is 214 Lafayette St. The owners actually spent somewhere around 12 years restoring it, after buying in mid-1990s, thus it became one of the best residences alike. Above the indoor pool there’s space for an office, while above this space there is a 3-floor residential condo that features 3 bedrooms.

Throughout the house lie beautifully crafted decorations, comfortable sofas, state-of-the-art amenities and all over the building there’s a feeling of freedom and privacy. It’s perfect for exquisite-living.
