Spofec is Novitec Group’s division dedicated exclusively to the customization of Rolls-Royce vehicles. Its latest project is the tuning of a Rolls-Royce Wraith coupe.
The package includes an aerodynamic kit with a new front bumper which not only gives the car a more remarkable face, but also “minimizes negative lift on the front axle.” Other additions include new rocker panels, air extractors behind the front wheel arches, and a distinctive spoiler at the back made from clear-coated carbon fiber. The design is rounded off by a set of new 22-inch alloy wheels available in silver, matte black or titanium fitted with Pirelli tires in sizes 265/35 R22 and 295/30 R22.
The improvements don’t stop at the aesthetic level. Spofec has also created a processor-controlled plug-and-play module for the V12 engine that features custom mapping for injection and ignition and increases the boost pressure of the twin-turbo engine. This means the powerplant now outputs 707 PS (527 kW) and 986 Nm (727 lb-ft), significantly more than the stock model. With this upgrade, the Wraith now accelerates from naught to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.2 seconds, while the top speed is still electronically limited to 155 mph (250 km/h).
