Manoir Hovey

Nestled on the beautiful shores of Lake Massawippi, just a few minutes outside of North Hatley, a charming little village which is part of Canada’s Québec province, Manoir Hovey seems to be the ideal lakeside retreat if you want to take a load off and recharge your batteries.

Looking at this marvelous location, I can’t help but feel impressed about the incredible variation of natural colors, that will surely prove to be a treat for you eyes, and even when it’s winter here, and everything is covered in white, the entire picture is absolutely ravishing.

But apart from this gorgeous setting, guests at Manoir Hovey will also be able to experience many cool activities here, such as canoe rides on the crystal clear water of Lake Massawippi, fishing, tennis, swimming sessions in the wonderful outdoor pool when the weather is fine or sleigh rides in those cold winter months.

The whitewashed walls of this luxurious hotel, which was once private residence, wonderfully hide 41 rooms, with guests being able to choose anything from quaint to presidential, with thoughtful touches like Italian Marble, wide planked flooring, whirlpool tubs, and many other goodies.

There are obviously many other things to do here, if you so desire; if not, feel free to chill out and enjoy the view and good vibes. Dining will prove to be a memorable experience as well, with the hotel’s impressive wine cellar and cheese cart teasing your pallets at any given time. That sounds pretty nice, right?
