Versailles Penthouse

The Versailles Penthouse, located in the heart of Las Vegas, is the last place you’d think to experience the spirit of France. Of course, we’re talking about the Sin City here, a place that’s not necessarily called refined or stylish.

But the owners of this marvelous penthouse and their guests will be delighted to stay in 5,467 sq. ft of lavish living space, spread over three floors, with 3 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and incredible views of the Las Vegas Strip.

Featuring stunning chandeliers, wall sconces, exquisite fixtures, fine fabrics, gold gilding and extraordinary lighting, this property can be found at 360 E. Desert Inn Road, 1902. Striped Roman drapes and blackout shades adorn the vistas, while matched set balconies on either side of the penthouse provide a perfect retreat or the ideal place of savoring the morning coffee.

The gourmet kitchen features Wolf appliances, custom cabinetry trimmed with gold leaf and a stunning granite island. There’s also a luxurious marble staircase detailed in 18-karat gold patina, a concert piano and an overwhelming overall atmosphere.

The master suite of the Versailles Penthouse boasts the same warm gold tones found throughout the penthouse, as well as custom molding, columns and wall sconces adorned in gold leaf and hardwood inlayed flooring.

The separated His and Her spa baths both feature incredible details: a spacious birch-wood paneled closet and bath for him, while she will enjoy an enormous walk-in closet adorned in lovely damask fabric and adjacent luxurious tub and spa bath. Impressed yet?

You should be, but just in case you aren’t, please note that the third floor is home to a movie theater, a wet bar and private 2,000 sq. ft rooftop wrap around deck. Also worth mentioning are the outdoor barbecue kitchen, dining and dancing areas, elevated Jacuzzi and a lovely fountain.

The Versailles Penthouse is definitely worthy of its name, but about the $4,888,888 price-tag? Your call!
