Independent designer Grigory Gorin has come up with a set of renders depicting his newest concept, dubbed the Lamborghini Phenomeno. The project comes in two versions: the standard one and the Super Veloce.

The model is a futuristic Lamboghini with features reminiscent of classics like the Countach and the Diablo, but which also draws inspiration from the newer releases such as the Reventon and the Aventador.

Similarly to Lamborghini’s Asterion concept we’ve shown you last year, the Phenomeno is a hybrid with a rear-mounted V6 gasoline engine working together with a couple of electric motors installed at the front and back, resulting in a power output of 990 hp. The batteries are placed in multiple locations to ensure an optimal weight distribution, as well as easy access, while the roof also has solar panels which help regenerating them.

The Phenomeno Super Veloce boasts a number of aerodynamic elements, including a sizeable rear wing, as well as a higher-capacity battery pack, and several elements crafted from ultra-lightweight, high-strength polymers, reducing the weight even more.
