Antoniolupi has recently unveiled a wonderful collection of shower heads reportedly dubbed the Meteo. They bear the design signature of Nevio Tellatin and perfectly mix high-end technology with luxury.
Although these showerheads are quite minimalistic in design, they easily capture both our eyes and imagination. They focus on the main elements, light and water, whereas the showerhead is hidden and built deep within the ceiling. The will of the designer was to bring outer elements inside the home and use them as daily fixtures.
Digging through their functional characteristics, we notice that the Meteo Showerhead has been fitted with jets that divide the flow of the water into three different categories – central, perimetrical and cascade. These can be chosen either individually or as a full set. The Meteo further comes in two different shapes, square or rectangular, consisting of a supply of cartridge and a built-in body.
While the frames can range from black and white to even stainless steel, these amazing showerheads are also available in all sorts of colors, thanks to some LED lights for chromo therapy that can be implemented into the systems. They can be easily operated through the a remote control.
These showerheads are quite ergonomic as well, with the square shaped ones measuring 35 cm x 35 cm x 11 cm, while the rectangular ones 35 cm x 52.5 cm x 11 cm. They could have been seen and touched between the 18th and 22nd of January 2013 in Paris, France, on display at the Maison & Objet. They will also be displayed at the ISH 2013, between the 12th and 16th of March 2013.
