A marvelous resort called Coco Privé has been recently opened in the Maldives, gorgeously flanked by palm trees and providing extraordinary views of the Indian Ocean. It is in fact part of the Coco Collection, a gathering of Maldivian-owned resorts.

The resort features a single grand Master Residence and five exquisite villas, being able to accommodate up to 12 guests. Exterior-wise, it was penned down by Guz Wilkinson, while an award-winning name among the business. Representing a comfortable mix of wood accents and minimalistic shapes, the resort is quite a pleasing sight. The interiors are finished in earthen tones, sturdy shapes and fine textures.

The Master Residence is spread over two levels. The upper level includes a luxurious open bedroom, a staggering master bedroom and living area, while the lower level comes with gym with steam shower, cocktail bar, library, living room and an elegant dining room. There is also an exquisite private upper deck with Jacuzzi and sunken lounge, a perfect spot to rest after a long exotic day.

Gastronomically speaking, the chef and the sommelier of Coco Prive are both able to cater to guests’ needs all day long. If they wish for something else, visitors can also get to the adjacent five star resort Coco Bodu Hithi, which hosts five different exquisite restaurants.

Guests can also try all sorts of other activities like relaxing with daily spa treatments, playing with water toys or practicing waters sports above the waters of the Indian Ocean, like kayaking, snorkeling, wind surfing or paddle boarding, or even do some scuba diving alongside a qualified master diver. This one is strictly available to experienced divers.
