Café Royal

Café Royal, one of the most popular luxury hotels from the heart of central London, has recently announced plans to open London’s first dessert restaurant. Opening on March 3, this delightful place will boast a delicious menu designed by Executive Pastry Chef, Sarah Barber, and if you’re free to check it out, if you’re ever close to Regent Street.

The dessert restaurant teases with a selection of exquisite tasting menus, all served with optional wine pairing. Opened daily, between 6 pm to 10.30 pm,  this restaurant was designed to make your day a bit sweeter, making every celebration a memorable one.

Sarah’s creative skill and her contemporary, playful style will most definitely create a unique experience, teasing all your pallete with all kinds of fruitful aromas.

Speaking of experiences, the Sarah in Wonderland menu features five courses, starting with savories such as the Milky Way, with goat’s cheese, wild honey and beetroot snow; and Chicken Foie with quince and brioche. Desserts inspired by Alice in Wonderland closely follow, as well as other sugar-induced enjoyable madness.

Sarah Barber is a professional pastry chef, and her impressive portfolio and achievements will easily prove that. We could detail the menu all day long, but that’s all irrelevant, if you don’t have a taste. Why don’t you?
