Tyra Banks’ Beverly Hills Home

One of the most successful (and beautiful) supermodels of the last decades, Tyra Banks, has recently listed for sale her dreamy Spanish Colonial-style home in Los Angeles. So if you’re getting bored and have about $7.75 million laying around the house you may actually purchase the home of a former supermodel and current host of America’s Next Top Model.

This stunning 11,000 square feet Beverly Hills estate was built back in 1926 and comes with four bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths. Tyra Banks has purchased the property for $3.085 million and spent an additional $2 million on renovating it over the past decade, adding her touch of style to this impressive mansion.

The lavish house still shows off its original details, such as a terra-cotta tiled roof and exposed wood beams, which are beautifully mixed with modern amenities. The chef’s kitchen has been remodeled and an outdoor kitchen as well as an outdoor living room with a fireplace and television were also added to the house in the past years.

New owners will appreciate the sun room, and the off dining room. The home’s master suite has a sitting room with a city view and a safe room inside a walk-in closet that’s perfect for anyone who loves clothes and jewelry. There are also two additional bedroom suites, a media room, library, a formal dining room and a romantic outdoor casita.

Obviously, a heated swimming pool, four outdoor fountains and ornamental ironwork could not be ignored. Please note that the garage has been transformed into a gym, so your ride might have to stay on the street.
