Music lovers, this is totally for you! How would you feel if we told you that there’s something for your kitchen which will surely make you drool. Imagine yourself right after a long audition day feeling a load of thirst. What would your first step be? Yes, you get into the kitchen and grab a can of juice. What if the fridge you took the can from resembles a Marshall cabinet?
On the occasion of the fabled Musikmess, similar to US’ NAMM, Jim Marshall presented one quite odd creation, among his other music-related contraptions. It’s actually the Marshall Fridge, a refrigerator that perfectly resembles an amp head and cabinet. It features a volume of 124 liters (4.4 cubic feet) of can / bottle chilling space. The fridge boasts additional can storage on the inside of the door as well as a mini freezer for a much-needed ice cubes supply.
There’s a downside to this – Marshall hasn’t put at our disposal too much details regarding their product, only that it complies with the Energy Star, UL and RoHS standards and that it sports eleven control knobs over the head section, including ones for Master, EQ, Presence and Pre-Amp, with no further proof or statements regarding their functions.
They would definitely fit our kitchens well, simply because we’re strong music addicts, as well as dedicated metal enthusiasts. Their availability will reportedly start during October, for $299 a unit.
