We’ve already featured a beautiful house designed by A-Cero Architects from Spain on our site but now they’re back in our attention with a new more than exciting project. This modern house by A-Cero is located in Las Rozas, one of the wealthiest towns of Madrid and it’s probably a perfect mixture between art and architecture.
The land where this home was built had a surface of 1.368 m2 with a light slope that was used by the architects to adapt the building’s three floors: basement, ground floor and first floor. The home’s surface is 762.47 m2 and modern projecting, with blocks and plates, define the design of this beautiful project with sculptural references.
Access to this beautiful house is made by the ground floor which features a living room, the lounge and also the dining room in the right side of the home. A bathroom, cleaning room, a courtyard, kichen-office, a larder and a cleaning room are located in the left side of this floor which also has a porch that communicates with the dining room.
From the ground floor an interior stair and an elevator communicate with the basement and the first floor. The first floor includes two children bedrooms with dressing rooms, bathrooms and a living room, a guests’ bedroom with a bathroom, the main bedroom with two dressing rooms and a big bathroom, a study room and also two small courtyards.
In the basement level the home includes facility quarters, a storage room, an interior swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, massages room, cinema room and also a cellar.
The beige marble with the white walls and roofs give this house an elegant design and also produce a lot of clarity and luminosity inside. The residence also includes two wonderful swimming pools and two jacuzzi (for the interior and exterior) among many other attractions.
