The staggering 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale R was officially launched in the United States, on the Circuit of the Americas. This track will reportedly host the first ever MotoGP race on the 21st of April, an event we’re pretty anxious to watch.
This extraordinary 2-wheeler will come in a wide range of spec, with the most expensive package priced at $29,995 in the US (around €23,100). This particular model is able to deliver 195 HP at 10,750 RPM and a sturdy 132 Nm (98.1 lb-ft) of torque at 9,000 RPM. It sports the latest monocoque to be designed by Ducati, an aluminium frame fitted with electronically-adjustable Ohlins suspensions and ABS as an optional pick.
In addition, the bike has also been equipped with the latest electronics from Ducati, in the shape of tools and support, available via a TFT color display. One thing’s absolutely certain here, though – we love it!
