Having already designed and created some of the most expensive residences in the world, the UK-based designer Claudio Celiberti has recently come up with the first kitchen in the world, worth £1 million. He is notorious for having penned down and creating top notch interiors, so he has chosen to once again push the boundaries of common understanding.

Aldo Zilli, a famous Italian born Italian cuisine specialized chef has been presented with the honor to unveil the staggering kitchen, in London, on the occasion of an exclusive event held at One Mayfair. Reportedly named the “Fiore di Cristallo”, it sort of converts a regular kitchen into something that seems to have come from the future.

Claudio Celiberti has spent no expense in putting together this magnificently beautiful facility, having used state of the art natural essences and materials, the finest Italian craftsmanship possible and one off design features. The process of hand manufacturing has roughly taken around 12 months, having resulted in not just a functional facility, but also a genuine piece of artwork.

Some of the features we additionally need to mention are the solid copper walls, handcrafted kitchen appliances, Murano Crystal trim, a glittering Swarovski Crystal chandelier and many more. Taken individually, the pieces that compose the kitchen are simply astounding.

For example, the unique crystal island is worth $59,100 alone, while the staggering Swarovski Crystal chandelier costs $42,350. There are also some interesting German appliances which value at around $38,500, Philip Starck taps that cost $2,570, a crystal basin costing $4,300 and a stone workshop worth an impressive $10,990.

The ultimate finishing touches are represented by the Murano crystal handles and 9 mm thick crystal doors that garnish the total 27 cabinets. In case you’re thinking of getting yours, there’s a waiting list at the moment, which stretches along 8 months. In two words, we could epitomize it as truly magnificent. And utterly expensive!
