First of all, we have to tell you that this penthouse isn’t even built yet and it’s already listed for sale for an impressive price of $50 million. The world’s largest penthouse it’s going to be part of the 14-story Genesis Puntarenas building in Costa Rica and it will be a 68,459-square foot oceanfront spread. That’s just enough space for almost anything, right?

Since it’s not built yet, there are only a couple of renderings with this penthouse available at the Hurwitz James Company that show a building with a fitness center, a huge pool with a swim-up bar, a restaurant and also business center. This building will be completed in about two years as the first reports from the Wall Street Journal’s Development blog state.

The huge penthouse will have three stories, ten bedrooms, its own rooftop pool, tennis court, private helipad and floor to ceiling retractable glass walls. Apparently a Russian bachelor and a family from China already expressed interest in this luxurious penthouse.

The Genesis Puntarenas will also have other 47 units available for sale with prices ranging from $473,000 to $3.3 million. Units have floor to ceiling retractable glass walls and private all glass terraces.
