The Porsche Carrera GT is considered to be one of the most iconic supercars ever created. Let’s just ignore the fact that this supercar may have been responsible for Paul Walker’s death and focus at the gorgeous vehicle we see here. Improving upon perfection seems impossible, but the tuners at Gemballa took their shot at the title and designed this Mirage GT.
With only 25 units delivered across the globe, this striking red example currently on sale in Dubai should get serious attention from all of us. This Gemballa Mirage GT can be found at Exotic Cars Dubai, but its price is only available by request. It’s surely going to cost a lot more than $448,000, the original price paid for the standard Carrera GT.
Based on a 2005 Carrera GT, the Gemballa project shows off an extensive upgrade package, which involves styling upgrades inside out and several tweaks under the hood as well. The vehicle is definitely flashy, featuring yellow brake calipers and contrasting satin black five-spoke alloys.
On the outside, you will notice various carbon fiber parts, including the rear diffuser and the active component of the rear wing, while on the inside, there’s red Alcantara on the seats, center console, door panels, parts of the dashboard and steering wheel. Joining in are a number of gloss carbon fiber components, as well as black leather.
There’s also a power upgrade, with the V10 engine now developing 670 hp, instead of the factory 558 hp. This is a rare treat, enjoyable only by someone with serious cash.
