Luxury watch brand Movado has created the limited edition Parlee Automatic Chronograph collection in order to celebrate its new partnership with World Bicycle Relief, an organization which aims to empower and mobilize people in Africa using bikes.
The remarkable timepiece is inspired by the design of the Parlee Bicycle and comes in a 46 mm black sandblasted PVD-finished titanium case. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal, is water resistant to 50 meters, and its unidirectional bezel is made from carbon fiber.
At the watch’s heart there’s the Swiss automatic ETA caliber Valgranges A07 with 25 jewels, beating at 28,800 vph, with a power reserve of 48 hours.
The dial is carbon fiber and features three carbon fiber subdials, minute reflector, and green, orange, blue or white accents. The timepiece comes on a carbon fiber and titanium black PVD bracelet.
The Movado Parlee Automatic Chronograph wristwatch was released as a 250-piece limited edition and comes with a price tag of $7,500.
