Matt Damon has recently listed his $20 million home in Florida’s Miami Beach for sale, a staggering residence that covers 12,705 square feet, integrated part of the Maravilla Estate, overlooking the Bay of Biscayne.

This gorgeous estate boasts with 170 feet of water storage and a private dock, a perfect home for those rich folk who also proud themselves with owning large yachts. It may as well fit all sorts of water sports enthusiasts. The one off location of this estate also ensures panoramic views of downtown Miami, and this means two things: it is superbly close to the city and pretty much private. Furthermore, the area is packed with all sorts of celebrities-related residences.

It is clear that Miami hosts some of the most exquisite homes throughout the United States, which is due to the fact that most of celebrities, national and international, choose this place as a setting for living-purposes. Matt Damon’s home for example is in the near vicinity of Jennifer Lopez’s home, designer Calvin Klein’s estate and legendary pop figure Ricky Martin, on a 1-acre lot on North Bay Road. Apart from all the exquisite look and luxurious feel, this area also shares extraordinary weather.

Heading deeper into the property you’ll be stumbling upon 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, state of the art home theater area, private office room and a gorgeous swimming pool. The master suite boasts spa-like bathrooms and a stunning private terrace with direct panoramas towards the water front. There is also an additional guest house with 2 bedrooms which can easily accommodate a family of guests, right near the terrace.

Historically-wise, this property was bought by Matt Damon, in two parts, back in 2005. He had bought the first section for $10.3 million, while the second one was acquired at $4.2 million. The two main figures closely related to the sale of the property are Jill Hetzberg and Jill Eber of Coldwell Bankers.
