Rolls-Royce Wraith Palm Edition 999

A Rolls Royce Wraith garnished in gold might sound luxurious, but it’s probably a bit tacky and too much for most of us out there. The people at Mansory managed to make this idea really desirable though, breaking all boundaries with the Rolls-Royce Wraith Palm Edition 999, in an effort to make one of the most exclusive luxury sedans out there.

It’s hard to make a Rolls Royce even more luxurious than it normally is, but this extraordinary vehicle is beyond anything else you’ve ever seen. The gold decorated elements are actually finished with 999 pure gold, and if you think that’s too much, you should know that Mansory will gold plate all metallic parts – door handles, sill guards, radiator grille, and so on – if customers so desire.

But this Wraith isn’t all about as much gold as possible; oh, no. Mansory went ahead and created a new striking body-kit for the Rolls, modifying the headlights to looks similar to those on a Rolls Royce Dawn. The cabin has also been fully revised, with Mansory’s upholstery team outperforming the luxury of the British car manufacturer in the most beautiful way possible.

And then there’s a little surprise under the hood as well. The car’s powerful 6.6-liter V12 engine now develops 740 PS and 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft), instead of the stock 632 PS and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque, which translates into 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.4 seconds and a maximum speed of 300 km/h (187 mph).

Opulence, luxury and speed – all in an outstanding package, courtesy of Mansory.
