Last fall we’ve showcased One Hyde Park, an ultra-exclusive London residential complex which is home to some of the most expensive apartments in the world. Now, here’s a closer look at what seems to be the priciest one bedroom flat in the British capital.
It’s kind of misleading to call this a one bedroom apartment, though it is technically true. Even though it spreads over two floors, the lower level has a (really big) double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the upper level is designed for socializing, with an open living and dining room, in addition to another bathroom. The building itself also boasts some very high-end facilities, like 24-hour SAS-trained security, an in-house maid service, room service from the Mandarin Hotel, and a private temperature controlled wine store, in addition to a swimming pool, sauna, squash court , a cinema, and concierge service.
The price tag for this exceptional apartment is somewhere around $15 million (£10 million), which basically means that you could buy a sports a car for the amount you’ve paid for the space occupied the kitchen table.
