Fruitful collaborations among the retail mobile-phone market are being made yearly; the latest one has taken place between Hugo Boss and Samsung, more exactly between the Samsung Galaxy Ace and the respective fashion brand. The resulted mobile-phone work of art is a piece that most of us would like to put their hands on.
It’s finished in a matte black tone, with “houndstooth” motif on the back of the case, while the Hugo Boss logo visibly stands out on the front. The phone works with an 800 MHz microprocessor and a 5 MP auto-focus camera, that can both make videos and photos.
The 160 Mb of internal memory may seem too few, but the phone comes with an included 2 Mb card, though it can support up to 32 Mb. The autonomy of the phone, in talk-time, may reach up to 5 hours with its standard battery. The phone boasts with a 3.5-inch 320x480p HVGA touchscreen.
Besides the Hugo Boss logo, the same brand also endows the phone with a subscription to Yacht Fancy, wallpapers and a package of pre-loaded music tracks. The phone is available in France online, for a price of $380, but will soon be available in retail stores under Hugo Boss’ brand.
