Boasting with beautiful floral undertones and a fresh injection of basil, the new Basil & Neroli perfume promises to make the upcoming season a lot more enjoyable.
This new perfume comes with a retro vibe as well, inspired from the life in London during the 1960s and 1970s, an exciting period when music, fashion and a new attitude were joined together to mesmerize teenagers and probably annoy some parents.
Some of you might remember that 20 years ago Jo Malone’s signature scent, Lime Basil & Mandarin, took over the world with its timeless elegance and now, the new Neroli and Basil fragrance, aims to bring a new take to this idea, reminding us about the vivacious London lifestyle and its urban surroundings.
The company’s Master Perfumer, Anne Flipo, combined Basil, Neroli and a subtle hint of White Musk in an effort to fascinate us all with this unique scent. There’s also a hidden note of cedar needle, with the floral aspect balancing everything out – it’s like going back in time and reliving the most influential era of our time.
