Recently, a new amazing watch has been launched meant for the high-class gentlemen, which combines both luxury and an extremely durable structure – the Ingenieur Double Chronograph Titanium. Designed by IWC, this caliber 79230 timepiece features a great level of technique.

Comprising an innovative split-seconds hand called a “rettrapante” or double-chronograph, the watch is able to measure two types of time in one minute. As an easier explanation – if the chronograph mode is turned on, two of the stopwatch hands start moving; being superimposed, the second one won’t be noticed until some time passes – exactly the option of repeat-time measurement in one minute.

The dial comprises superb blue accents, 5 diamond-like carbon coated screw heads on the bezel and a sleek titanium body. Overall, this timepiece weighs around 130g, which really is very low for something with so much incorporated technology.
This is one more piece that may be added to IWC Schaffhausen’s treasures, designed by Gerald Genta.
