It’s also nice to see the classics, the tried and tested designs of old, being revived using contemporary technology.

What started out as a very successful Kickstarter campaign is now the debut product of Gramovox, a Chicago-based consumer electronics startup established in 2013. Called the Gramovox Bluetooth Gramophone, it is an excellent device that marries vintage design and modern audio technology, enabling customers to listen to their favorite music in style.

The Gramovox speaker uses an S-curve horn, similar to 1920s radio horn speakers, to amplify music from the wood base. This wood base is elegant and minimalistic and perfectly complements the significantly more eye-catching steel horn. This certainly isn’t something you want tucked away somewhere in the background, but something you’ll proudly show off during gatherings at your place. Also, thanks to the Bluetooth connectivity, you’ll be able to take your Gramovox Gramophone wherever the party goes, always dazzling and entertaining your guests.

If you want to stream music, while also channeling nostalgia for the olden days, you can get the Gramovox Bluetooth Gramophone Speaker for $399 directly from the company’s website.
