Yacouba Galle, a French designer based in Lugano, Switzerland, with years of experience as a journalist, test pilot, and designer, has embarked on his most ambitious project yet: a limited edition streetfighter called the Feline One.

The high-tech machine will be powered by an 801cc 3-cylinder engine developing a very respectable 170 bhp (127 kW). For the frame, materials like titanium, carbon fiber, and aerospace aluminum are used, while the fork, swingarm, and wheel rims are carbon fiber. Thanks to these high-end materials, the Feline One boasts a dry weight of just 155 kg (342 lbs), and while no information on the estimated top speed has been released, the bike will certainly be lightning- fast.

The main man behind the project is primarily a designer, and sure enough the Feline One looks amazing, with its space-age materials perfectly complementing the bike’s sharp and aggressive lines. This machine doesn’t seem to be from our time –well, literally, since Yacouba Galle has announced the first of fifty motorbikes will be released in 2016. Prices for these bespoke streetfighters start at a hefty $280,000.
