Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe Edition 1

I guess the title matches the exclusivity and impressive design of the Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe Edition 1. Few of us will ever get to drive it, but that doesn’t mean such beauty can be, or should be ignored. Mercedes-AMG has just introduced the C63 Coupe and C63 S Coupe Edition 1, each of these Mercedes-Benz models featuring their own, special exterior design.

First, the C63 S Coupe Edition 1, comes with an exclusive design, showing off a Magno Selenite Grey matte paint, with yellow film coating. Yellow sport stripes cover the engine bonnet, roof and boot lid, as well as the side lines above the rocker panels, making this beast look fast even when standing still.

Completing the styling of the Edition 1 is a set of matte black AMG Performance alloys, alongside a high-performance ceramic compound brake system.

On the other hand, the Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe Edition 1 comes with sporty stripes, finished in matte graphite grey and the same, high performance ceramic compound braking system, that’s available as an option. Both Edition 1 models could be upgraded with the AMG Aerodynamics Package in high gloss black, which is comprised of an add-on front spoiler, new side skirts, lateral airflow breakaway edges in the rear apron and a new rear diffuser.

Inside the cabin, the future owners of these special editions will find AMG Performance seats, Nappa leather upholstery, yellow contrast stitching for the door center panels, arm rests, the steering wheel rim and the beltline, while the steering-wheel was designed out of DINAMICA microfiber.

Powering these incredible vehicles is a 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine, good for around 476 PS or 510 PS for the S version. If performance is what you’re after, please consider the AMG Ride Control suspension, with electronically controlled shock absorbers, the AMG Dynamic Select transmission modes, as well as the rear-axle limited-slip differential. Which one would you prefer?
