David Guerra Architecture is the company responsible for this beautiful and luxurious mountain house located in Nova Lima, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Brazilian architects wanted to design a property that would act as a weekend refuge for a family and their grown-up children but the final result looks like a home I’d love to live in day by day.
The idea behind this home was to create a house that will blend in with the surrounding landscape using only natural materials and that’s how this stylish wooden home was born. The house creates a sense of comfort with this contemporary setting and the big windows provide beautiful views of the surrounding area.
The facade of the house was built from modern stonework which is perfectly mixed with the wooden walls creating a beautiful visual effect. The modern exterior design is continued in the home’s interior where the architects managed to create a relaxing space where anyone would love to stay.
