Called the Retro Lady Taille Baguette, this dazzling timepiece features an 18kt rose or white gold case, set with either 70 baguette-cut diamonds (3.40 carats) or 70 baguette-cut rubies (8.20 carats).
With all those precious gemstones embedded onto the case of this new De Grisogono watch, this piece is impressive, to say the least.
