A few months ago we’ve shown you this unique kingsize bed made from the engine of a Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet, created by MotoArt, a California-based company. MotoArt specializes in these kinds of designs, making cool-looking pieces of furniture from jet engine parts. Their latest creation is the Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet Conference Table.
Fashioned from a General Electric engine nacelle, the 12-foot wide piece can seat up to twelve people and can include a set of optional data ports, something which might prove very helpful in your office’s day-to-day activities. Though certainly useful, it’s also the kind of thing that wouldn’t be out of place as part of a museum exhibit – and now just as a novelty item. The table also features an eye-catching, custom fabricated engine stator set with internal multicolored LED lighting, which is topped with a polished spun aluminum dome lying underneath an elegant 1/2” round tempered glass top.
