Billionaire investor Ron Burkle has just placed his opulent Manhattan penthouse on the market, with a whopping $37 million price tag attached to it.

The lavish residence is located at 704 Broadway and used to be an event space called Sky Studios, which was available for rent for those who needed a setting for a glamorous New York event. Ron Burkle actually purchased the property back in 2007, paying $17 million for it and immediately invested in renovating the place, making it the stunning pad it is today.

The penthouse has three floors, with six spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, a great rooftop garden, skylights, and even a fully equipped home theater. The airy apartment also benefits from having 17-foot-tall ceilings, which further enhance the feeling of spaciousness. A very nice feature is the heated rooftop pool, ideally placed to offer some truly breathtaking views of New York City.
