Part of a limited edition series of just 100 units, Armin Strom’s newest timepiece is called Edge Double Barrel Rose Gold, and it’s here to make an impression. Showing off an 18kt 46.9 mm rose gold case, with an AR-coated sapphire crystal, a sapphire display back, and the ability to handle 50-meter deep waters, this watch looks as cool as it sounds.
The Swiss manual-wind Armin Strom in-house caliber ARM16 makes everything tick, with 34 jewels, 18,000 vph and a power reserve of 8 days; nothing but interesting info, so far. Other small details worth mentioning include the spider-shaped crown wheels, the golden escape wheel and pallets, as well as the rose gold hands and numerals.
Functions include hours, minutes and small seconds, while the black and white indices on the dial help you tell time easier. Acting out as finishing touch is a brown alligator leather strap, with an 18kt rose gold ardillon buckle, but you’ll also get an extra brown rubber strap that’s going to be really good when the situation calls for it, adding a touch of style and functionality to this already beautiful watch.
Armin Strom’s newest timepiece comes with a hefty 39,900 Swiss Francs MSRP but let’s just focus on the beauty in front of us for the time being.
